Toronto, ON

Greetings from rainy Toronto, where after an eternity of sunny days and smoky skies we are getting some relief at last. Personally, I’m also enjoying some relief after what has felt like an eternity of hard work in my world. I’m very pleased to announce that after months of labouring intensely I’ve succeed in clearing out the house my parents lived in for 50 years (including the seemingly bottomless basement of memories…omg.) I’m pretty sure they must make a trophy for this, which I am now gratefully willing to receive. I’m also ready to put on something extremely pretty and go out on the town to celebrate. Hopefully see you somewhere out there…

In other news, all this sudden clearing out and selling of houses has put me a bit behind in my creative schedule, but all is still on track. I was forced to push back my studio plans for the recording of Trilogies Part 3, but it’s still very much happening this summer. Songs are sounding really beautiful and I can’t wait to share them with you all. I also have a major backlog of photographs and images to process, which I’ll hopefully have a little more time for now that my Herculean task is complete. Stay tuned for lots more posts from me soon.

I suppose it’s only natural that such major changes produce dramatic ups and downs in a person’s life. There’s so much to process when you are letting go of your old life and moving towards a brand new one. However, after many high highs and some low lows I feel I am back on an even plane at last. As Abraham-Hicks (who I often turn to when in crisis mode) would say, I’m back in my Vortex and ready for all the good that’s to come. And so be it that it shall.

More soon,

xo
Kristin
